The Design Review Board (DRB) consists of volunteer property owners within Cordillera, appointed by the Cordillera Property Owners Association. It is the Design Review Board's responsibility to enforce the Cordillera Design Guidelines. These Guidelines govern construction within all neighborhoods of Cordillera - the Divide, the Ranch, and the Summit. A separate set of Design Guidelines governs construction within Timber Springs, but is still enforced by the Cordillera Design Review Board

New Construction:
All new construction within Cordillera requires Design Review Board approval prior to issuance of an Eagle County building permit. This is a four step process:
(1) Pre-Design
(2) Sketch
(3) Final
(4)Technical
Modifications:
Any exterior modification to an existing structure or landscaping plan require Design Review Board approval. Submittals must include drawings or photos of existing conditions, and drawings of the proposed modification.
In addition, it is the Design Review Board's role to enforce the Cordillera Construction Rules and Regulations. These regulations govern the construction process in Cordillera and include all relevant information for contractors and homeowners.
