Cordillera welcomes contractors, consistent with the governing policies and guidelines of the Cordillera Metropolitan District and Property Owners Association. Contractors who work in Cordillera on a regular basis are required to register their companies and vehicles with Cordillera Public Safety in order to gain access through the gates. Once a company is registered it will receive a numbered access sticker for each vehicle that must be permanently attached to the lower driver’s side of the windshield. This sticker will allow for entry during normal construction hours. There is no charge to register the company or for stickers. Contractors who do not work in Cordillera on a regular basis will be issued a day pass for up to three (3) days. Please note dogs are not permitted in Cordillera unless they belong to a homeowner.
